Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. Who we are

Da Dink Files is developed and published by Skip Studios LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is intended to align with our disclosures in the Apple App Store and other app marketplaces.

2. Information we store

To operate Da Dink Files and build your statistics and insights, we store:

  • Name — your display name associated with your account and player file
  • Email address — used for account sign-in and support
  • Scores and related play data — game results, sessions, and other play history needed to calculate statistics and insights

Depending on how you use the Service, this may also include optional notes or observations you choose to save, venue information you associate with sessions, and technical account identifiers required for authentication.

3. Data categories we collect

In addition to the account and play data described above, the app may collect the following categories of information, consistent with our App Store privacy disclosures:

  • Contact information — name and email address associated with your account
  • Identifiers — user ID and device ID used to operate the Service and understand usage
  • Usage data — product interaction (how you use features in the app)
  • Diagnostics — crash data and similar technical signals to identify and fix issues

4. How data is linked and used

Some data may be linked to your identity (for example, contact information and usage data tied to your account). Other data may be collected in a form that is not linked to your identity (for example, certain identifiers, diagnostics, or aggregated usage signals).

We do not track users under Apple's definition of tracking. We do not link data collected from the app with third-party data for advertising purposes, and we do not share your data with data brokers. We do not display third-party advertisements in the app.

We use collected information for purposes including:

  • App functionality — to provide core features such as sign-in, session logging, statistics, insights, and crash recovery
  • Analytics — to understand how the Service is used and to improve performance and user experience

5. How we use information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Calculate statistics, trends, and insights from your play history
  • Respond to support and account requests
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Service

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Skip Studios LLC, as the developer and publisher of Da Dink Files, may access your information as needed to operate, maintain, support, and improve the product.

We may also use service providers that process data on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, or analytics), under contractual obligations to use the data only to provide those services to us.

7. Analytics

We may collect analytics to understand how the app is used, improve user experience, and debug issues. This may include events such as feature usage, crash or performance signals, and similar diagnostic information (for example via Firebase Analytics or equivalent tools). Analytics may use identifiers such as user ID and device ID. Analytics are used to operate and improve the Service — not for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

8. Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by submitting an Account Deletion Request in the app (Profile) or on our Support page. We will process verified requests within approximately 30 days, except where we must retain limited information for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.

12. Contact
